Jonathan graduated from the University of Florida in 3 short years with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He also studied International Business, while living abroad, at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. After that he earned a Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law. Shortly thereafter, Jonathan was admitted to the NY & NJ Bars in early 2011. He has been practicing Real Estate Law ever since. Jonathan has a vast understanding of this business and industry because his family has been involved in real estate and had also owned a bank and a mortgage company for many years. In addition, he is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public. Jonathan was previously a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Title Insurance Agent. It is also helpful that he can speak Hebrew, Farsi and some Spanish.
